Arrival
When someone comes home, the house responds: the door opens with a personal PIN, the alarm steps down, and a spoken welcome plays through the speakers.

Lighting
Smart switches and presence sensors let lights respond to the people in a room and the time of day — without anyone reaching for a switch.

Security
Cameras use local AI detection to tell people, cars and motorcycles apart in specific zones. A second AI check helps filter false alarms, and alerts arrive with a snapshot.

Water monitoring
The water tank level is tracked, and a notification goes out when it drops below a set level. The pump's power use is monitored, along with the home's overall electricity.

What happens when the internet goes down?
The Demo Home is built local-first. The system runs on hardware inside the house, so automations, local controls and camera detection can keep working without the internet wherever a reliable local option exists. Checking in from outside the home needs a connection — and during your consultation we'll show you exactly what keeps running.
